WHY DO WE NEED TO IDENTIFY ORGANISATIONAL EDGES?

An organization always has certain advantages. However, not every staff can see these advantages and not every team can take advantage of them.

 

The organisation's leaders should identify these advantages and develop internal communication so that individuals & teams are motivated to work better, leverage these advantages in their daily work, thereby working in an accountable, proactive, effective & values-aligned way.

 

To identify organizational advantages exactly, each individual needs to identify the edges or advantages of the team or unit that he/she is directly working with.

 

The We360 tool allows identifying organizational advantages through the assessment of at least 10% of individuals from each team in the organization (the more opinions, the more accuracy).

There are 04 types of basic advantages of an organisation:

 

(1) Advantages of accountable DNA - An advantageous organisation is that most of the staff regularly work responsibly and comply with the basic working regulations.

(2) Advantages of proactive DNA - An advantageous organisation is when facing changes, most of the staff work more proactive and responsible than expected.

(3) Advantages of effective DNA - An advantageous organisation is when facing changes, most of the staff cooperate effectively, mitigate conflict, ensure the resilience of the organisation before the changes.

(4) Advantages of values-aligned DNA - An advantageous organisation develops sustainably and its staff work for the organisation's core values in a long-term.
